Garnet Partners use remote offices in Philadelphia, PA for primary business functions.  While we are always conscious of client budgets for travel and expenses, we believe successful collaboration, solutions, and business relationships warrant in-person “face time” and meetings around key project milestones.  Our consultants are happy to travel to your offices or host your team at one of the conference spaces we use in Philadelphia.

Facilitated events can be developed for virtual or in-person formats; however, these mediums are not interchangeable.  We will work with your team to understand your desired objectives and experience and weigh the benefits and tradeoffs of each format against those goals.  For more information, contact us.

We strive to make our solutions and services as flexible as possible. 

We follow Project Management Institute better practices and can use a variety of tools and templates including Microsoft Project, Monday, Jira, Trello, and good ‘ol Excel.  We’ll discuss your preferred tools at the onset of our work with you. 

For change management, we strongly recommend an evidence and data-driven approach to evaluating change readiness, measuring levels of employee burnout, and understanding employee engagement.  Our solutions are built on the latest research in behavioral science and attachment theory and support tangible and targeted interventions.
